You don’t need to feel stuck in old patterns any longer!
“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”

My Background
I believe that the relationship you have with your therapist is one of the most important parts of the therapy process. Feeling safe, understood, and confident in your therapist’s ability to help you matters.
In my practice, I primarily work with women and young adults navigating relationship wounds, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and late-diagnosed ADHD. Many of my clients are highly ambitious and appear successful professionally, but internally feel exhausted from overthinking, carrying too much emotionally, focusing on either keeping the peace or fighting to be understood, or constantly second-guessing themselves.
I help women better understand themselves, heal unhealthy relationship patterns, rebuild confidence and self-trust, and create healthier, more grounded lives and relationships moving forward. Many women come to therapy feeling stuck in survival mode and leave with a stronger sense of clarity, self-compassion, and emotional steadiness.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe people are made for flourishing - emotionally, relationally, physically, and spiritually - and I acknowledge the full person in my care.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw from different therapeutic modalities depending on each client’s needs, goals, and comfort level. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with clients to find tools and approaches that feel supportive, effective, and sustainable for them. My work may incorporate attachment-focused therapy, EMDR, nervous system-informed care, practical coping strategies, and insight-oriented work to help clients process experiences more deeply and move toward meaningful change.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy for clients who feel more comfortable processing while moving outdoors in a more relaxed and natural environment.
Clients often appreciate that I bring both professional knowledge and genuine understanding into the therapy space. While every client’s story is unique, I also bring lived experience with some of the challenges many of my clients face. I believe this helps me approach therapy with both empathy and practical understanding.
For clients who desire it, I also offer Catholic-integrated therapy and can thoughtfully incorporate faith into the therapy process in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and authentic.
